Which machines are the capsules compatible with?
Ube Time capsules are designed for machines in the Nespresso Original range. They are not compatible with Nespresso Vertuo machines.
Do the capsules contain coffee?
No. Ube Time capsules contain Kinampay ube powder and contain no caffeine.
What's in a capsule?
Each capsule contains 5 g of Kinampay ube powder.
How many capsules are in a box?
Each box contains 10 capsules, i.e. 10 preparations.
Do you need to add milk?
Yes. The capsule prepares the ube base in the cup. You then need to add the milk or plant-based drink of your choice.
Which button should you use on the machine?
Preferably use the espresso format to get a concentrated enough preparation before adding milk.
Can you make a cold ube latte?
Yes. After extraction, add cold milk and ice. You can let the preparation cool for a few moments before topping up the drink.
Can you use a plant-based drink?
Yes. The capsules can be enjoyed with cow's milk or a plant-based drink, notably oat, almond, soya or coconut.
Do you need to add sugar?
The capsules contain no added sugar. You can add the sweetener of your choice to taste.
Are the capsules compatible with Nespresso Vertuo?
No. They are designed only for machines compatible with the Nespresso Original format.
How do you store the capsules?
Keep the box in a cool, dry place, away from heat, moisture and direct light.
