By taking out an Ube Time subscription, you agree to automatically receive your product at the delivery frequency selected when placing your order.

Your payment method is securely stored and will be charged automatically before each new shipment.

Change or cancel your subscription

You can change, pause or cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge.

Any change or cancellation request must be made before the next order renews. An order already prepared or shipped can no longer be cancelled.

Automatic renewal

Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the frequency chosen at purchase.

Returns and refunds

Orders from a subscription are subject to our Shipping and Returns Policy.

In accordance with the regulations applicable to foodstuffs, opened or used products cannot be returned, except in the case of a defective product, non-conformity or an order preparation error.
