Mocha Ube
Three treats in one cup: ube, chocolate and coffee. A purple mocha, rich and comforting, for lovers of deep flavours.
The Ube Time capsule provides the base, you add the rest.

The winning trio
Ube, chocolate, coffee: each brings its own touch.
Ube offers its vanilla softness and its colour, chocolate its indulgence, coffee its intensity. Together, they make a rich, enveloping drink, halfway between coffee and dessert.
Unlike 100% ube lattes, the ube mocha contains caffeine, from the coffee. Best enjoyed during the day.

The whole Capsules family
Cappuccino, affogato, mocha… all the versatility of the capsules, ready in 30 seconds.
The chef’s touch
The balance between three strong flavours is delicate.
Measure the chocolate: one spoonful is enough, otherwise it dominates everything. A single espresso so as not to overpower the ube. The milk, generous, binds it all together and softens.
Dark chocolate gives a more intense mocha, milk chocolate makes it softer and more indulgent.

Your questions about the ube mocha.
How do you make an ube mocha?
Melt a little chocolate in the bottom of the cup, run the Ube Time capsule, add an espresso then the hot frothy milk.
Does the ube mocha contain caffeine?
Yes, from the coffee. Ube itself adds none.
Which chocolate should you use?
Cocoa, dark chocolate for intensity, or milk chocolate for softness.
Can you make it without coffee?
Yes: without espresso, you get an ube hot chocolate, just as indulgent and caffeine-free.
Can you make it iced?
Yes: build it with cold milk over ice cubes, then add the espresso on top.
