No cooking, no effort on waking, just a spoon to dip in.

Overnight oats à l'ube violet, myrtilles et banane

The breakfast that makes itself while you sleep

The principle is simple: the oats swell in the cold, in the milk, overnight.

By morning they are tender, creamy, ready to eat cold. The ube spreads its colour and sweetness through them, the chia seeds thicken it all. A complete breakfast, with no saucepan and no early alarm.

💜 Did you know?

Oats are naturally rich in fibre: paired with chia, they keep you going all morning.

The chef's touch

Success comes down to the right ratio and the resting time.

Count on roughly twice as much milk as oats for a creamy texture. Always blend the ube first, or it stays lumpy. Let it rest a full night: that is when the magic happens.

👨‍🍳 The chef's tip

Make three jars at once on Sunday evening: your weekday breakfasts are sorted.
