Coconut Ube Latte
Ube and coconut, the perfect match. A purple latte, creamy and tropical, where the softness of the yam meets the roundness of coconut milk.
A little trip to the Philippines, hot or iced, caffeine-free.

The ube and coconut pairing
Some encounters are simply meant to be.
Coconut brings ube what it loves: creaminess, a hint of the exotic and a natural sweetness that extends its vanilla notes. Together, they make a richer, more indulgent latte with the feel of a dessert.
In the Philippines, ube and coconut live side by side in countless desserts. Bringing them together in a cup means reconnecting with that tradition.

It’s all about balance.
Drinking coconut milk (from a carton, not thick coconut cream) gives the most fluid, frothy texture. Too thick, and the latte becomes heavy. For a lighter drink, cut the coconut with oat milk.
Coconut is already sweet: taste before adding sugar, you may not need any.
