Ube Milkshake
Thick, ice-cold, wonderfully indulgent: the ube milkshake is the dessert you drink through a straw.
Ice cream, milk, a spoonful of ube, and a knockout purple.

The dessert you sip
It is the most indulgent version of ube as a drink.
The ice cream brings creaminess and cold, ube its colour and vanilla aroma. Served nice and thick, topped with whipped cream, it is a nostalgic and spectacular treat.
With vanilla ice cream, ube stands out beautifully. With ube ice cream, the effect is even more intense.

Discover the recipe →The chef’s touch
A good milkshake is thick, not runny.
Little milk, plenty of ice cream: start with a splash of milk, add more only if the blender struggles. Blend briefly: too long and the milkshake melts and loses its texture.
A glass chilled in the freezer for a few minutes keeps the milkshake thick for longer.
