  • 1 tsp Kinampay ube powder (about 5 g)
  • 1 tsp hot water
  • 250 ml milk of your choice
  • 30 g white chocolate (or 1 tbsp mild cocoa)
  • Mini marshmallows or whipped cream (optional)

Method

  1. Blend the ube powder with the hot water into a smooth paste.
  2. In the saucepan, heat the milk gently and melt the white chocolate into it, whisking.
  3. Add the ube base and whisk until the drink is smooth and creamy.
