Ube Frappé
Iced, frothy, ultra refreshing: the ube frappé is the beach-café version of the ube latte, blended with ice to a snowy texture.
The perfect drink for hot days, caffeine-free.

Blended freshness
The frappé is the pleasure of an iced, airy drink.
By blending ube with milk and ice cubes, you get a frothy texture, halfway between a drink and a dessert. Topped with whipped cream, it's a terrace treat.
With no coffee, this frappé is caffeine-free: ideal for a refreshment at any hour, even at the end of the day.

Texture is everything.
For a really snowy frappé, go for plenty of ice cubes and little milk. Blend in short bursts so it doesn't liquefy. Starting with very cold milk helps too.
Milk ice cubes (milk frozen in a tray) replace some of the water ice cubes: the frappé keeps all its flavour as it melts.
