🎄 The festive moment

Make a small hole before baking so you can hang the cookies on the tree with a ribbon.

The whole Seasonal & festive family

Autumn, Christmas, spring, summer: purple through the seasons, from one recipe to the next.

The chef’s touch

Cold dough and a controlled oven.

Chill the dough before rolling it out for clean cuts that keep their shape. Take the cookies out while still pale, they should stay tender. Wait until they are completely cold before icing them, otherwise the glaze runs.

👨‍🍳 The chef’s tip

Decorate with several colours of icing: it’s a perfect activity to share with the children.
