The heatwave latte

When it's hot out, the ube frozen latte swaps the cup for the blender.

Milk, the ube base and ice are blended into a smooth, snow-like texture, halfway between a drink and a dessert. Cool, thick and frothy, it's sipped through a straw and crowned with whipped cream. The most refreshing way to enjoy ube.

🧊 Seasonal note

The chef's touch

The snow-like texture comes down to the ice.

Use plenty of ice cubes and little milk for a thick, granita-like texture. Blend in pulses to crush the ice well. Serve at once, before the snow melts.

👨‍🍳 The chef's tip

Milk ice cubes (frozen milk) keep the frozen latte icy without watering it down.
