Ingredients
- 200 g frozen fruit (banana, mango or berries)
- 100 ml single cream (or condensed milk)
- 1 tsp Kinampay ube powder (about 5 g)
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Method
- Put the frozen fruit, cream, ube powder and syrup in the blender.
- Blend in pulses, scraping down the sides, until you have a smooth ice-cream texture.
- If the mixture struggles to turn, add a little cream, spoon by spoon.
- Enjoy right away for a soft texture, or freeze for 20 minutes for a firmer ice cream.
