The fresh, spectacular drink of the summer

Homemade lemonade is simplicity itself: lemon, water, sugar. Ube adds its spectacular colour and a sweetness that softens the acidity.

The result is a purple drink, fresh and tangy, perfect for hot days. Served over ice with a few mint leaves, it makes a splash on a summer table.

🍋 The seasonal moment

Ube adds no acidity: it colours and sweetens, letting the lemon lead the freshness. A perfect balance for summer.

The chef’s touch

The sweet-sour balance makes the lemonade.

Taste and adjust the sugar to the acidity of your lemons. Whisk the ube well into a syrup before adding it, for an even colour without lumps. Serve very cold, with plenty of ice.

👨‍🍳 The chef’s tip

Sparkling water in place of still water turns the lemonade into an even more festive sparkling version.
