Signature Iced Ube Latte
The cleanest gradient, the silkiest foam, the most elegant freshness: the Signature Iced Ube Latte is our iced latte taken to perfection.
Our iced reference, the one we recommend to everyone.

Our reference iced latte
The Signature Iced Ube Latte is our most polished take on the iced ube latte.
A creamy oat milk, a homemade ube syrup for the colour and sweetness, ice cubes and a precise pour for a flawless gradient. Everything is designed for balance and elegance. Our iced signature, the one we'd serve a friend the first time.
Our signature iced latte perfects the gradient and the balance: oat milk for the creaminess, homemade ube syrup for the depth.

Discover the recipe →The chef's touch
The perfect gradient comes down to a well-concentrated syrup.
Make a thick ube syrup with little water: the more concentrated it is, the more nicely it sinks through the glass. Pour it slowly over the ice cubes. The oat milk, naturally creamy, gives the silkiest foam.
Clear, large-format ice cubes melt more slowly and make the gradient even cleaner.
